Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) celebrated its NEET and JEE Advanced 2025 toppers at the ‘Champions of Aakash’ event held in Sanquelim on Monday. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant felicitated the top-performing students and appreciated their achievements.
The event highlighted AESL’s focus on nurturing students to become calm, focused, and solution-oriented even while facing challenges such as this year’s exam changes. Despite the increased difficulty and changes in the NEET UG 2025 and JEE Mains and Advanced 2025, AESL students delivered strong performances, guided by the institute’s problem-solving approach.
Top-performing students from Goa were honoured for representing the spirit of a true problem solver and for overcoming hurdles with preparation and clarity. Their success was described as a reflection of the impact of strategy, mentorship and perseverance.
Aakash students secured five ranks in the top 10 of NEET UG 2025, including AIR 2, 3, 5, 9 and 10, with 35 students in the top 100. Eleven students from Aakash became state toppers across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Goa, and Daman and Diu.
In JEE Advanced 2025, seven Aakash students secured ranks in the top 100 and 14 in the top 200, continuing the institute’s record of excellence across engineering and medical streams. Addressing the event, Dr H.R. Rao, Chief Academic and Business Head at AESL, said, “At Aakash, we teach our problem solvers how to adapt to new situations. That’s why we have so many rankers this year too. NEET 2025 format was not just different, it was tough too. But be it new formats or new challenges, Aakashians have proven yet again, that when you learn the skill of problem solving you can ace any test.”
Among Aakash students from Goa, Krishang Joshi secured AIR 3, Rishabh Talwadker secured AIR 570, and Avaneesh Bakhale secured AIR 1444 in NEET UG 2025. Other achievers included Mohammad Yusuf Choudhary (AIR 3184), Ashmit Sardesai (AIR 4469), Yuvi Kapil Sinai Surlakar (AIR 4354) and Tia Chodankar (AIR 6077).
In JEE Advanced 2025, Aakash toppers from Goa included Agastya Dey with AIR 1427, Svarali Chaudhari with AIR 5667, and Sahil with AIR 8174.
The event concluded with cash prizes being presented to meritorious students to recognise their outstanding results and encourage them in their academic journeys.
