Pernem MLA Pravin Arlekar has assured that all existing temples and their complexes in Pernem would be renovated along with Ganesh Visarjan spots.
Arlekar was speaking after inaugurating the work to fit pavers at the temple complex of Kulaswamini Devi. Councillor Ashwini Palayekar, Usha Nagvekar, Vishakha Gadekar, Shivram Tukoji, Bappa alias Vishnu Salgaonkar, Rakhi Kashalkar, Jayesh Palayekar, Arvind Palayekar, Manoj Harmalkar and locals were present on the occasion.
The work is being carried out with funds from the Pernem Municipal Council (PMC).
The MLA appealed to all citizens to inform him about development requirements in their respective areas.
