VASCO: TCP Minister Vijai Sardessai on Wednesday stated that Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrão’s message during the Feast of St Joseph Vaz was a true message of Goenkarponn propagating humanity.
“Archbishop Ferrão’s message during the Feast was a true message of Goenkarponn propagating integral humanity. The feast of St Joseph Vaz has been celebrated with great religious fervour and on this occasion, I would like to wish all Goans a happy feast,” said Sardessai, while speaking to reporters after attending the Feast Mass at Sancoale.
“The feast in honour of St Joseph Vaz, Goa’s only saint, coincided with the day when the Opinion Poll was held and Goa’s identity was safeguarded and as such, it is a dual occasion for Goans to celebrate.”
