Assault at Bicholim

BICHOLIM: A 60-year-old woman from Kharpal Bicholim has been accused of assaulting a woman from Newwada-Dodamarg.

According to Bicholim police, Laxmi Gawas (60) has been accused of assaulting Chhaya Arolkar (52) near Phanaswada-Dodamarg with a sickle, causing injuries to Arolkar.

Police have registered the offence under Section 324 of IPC and PSI Amir Taral is investigating the case.
