Awareness prog on sexual harassment
PONDA: The Ponda Taluka Legal Services Committee (PTLSC) will organize an awareness camp for girl students in college and schools on protection of women from sexual harassment and also techniques of self defense at Sarashwati High School, Kavale, on January 25, at 11 am.
According to PTLSC, Adv Naweetas Naik will speak on the rights of women and on protection of women and girl child from sexual harassment, while Rajesh Naik will demonstrate the techniques of self-defense.
The programme will be anchored by Adv Aruna Sanadi and Kiran Gaude will coordinate.
