Leader of Opposition Digambar Kamat on Sunday said the roads in the main market area of Margao will be hot-mixed from Monday, November 29.
Saying the work will be carried out in the day time to ensure proper quality work, Kamat appealed to the citizens to co-operate with the authorities.
“I request all the traders, shopkeepers, businessmen as well as all the people visiting Margao to bear with the inconvenience caused during the hot-mixing of roads in and around the Margao market area”, Kamat said.
Saying that the hot-mixing work will be carried from Gandhi Market, Station Road, Cloth Market, BoI and other areas, the MLA has requested people not to park their vehicles on these roads.
