Industry
- IT Park, Chimbel and Electronic City, Tuem projects to be expedited.
- Sustainable eco-friendly mining with exclusive transport facilities.
- Revamp IDC for improving effectiveness
- Revitalise CMRY scheme to include start-ups and small entrepreneurs. Set up venture capital fund and angel financing fund.
- Policy to regulate traditional occupations such as extraction of minor minerals like sand, laterite and stone quarrying
Tourism
- Industry status for tourism
- Make Goa as preferred destination for mega events like Defence Expo during the non-peak season
Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries
- Review and revise amendments to Tenancy Act (kul-mundkar)
- Loan facilities to agro-based activities at 1 per cent interest rate linked to the Krishi Card.
- Promote cage fish farming in a focussed manner
Education & Skill Development
- Replicate the integrated school complex model (Panaji) in other cities like Mapusa, Margao, Vasco and Ponda
- Grant regular status to para/vocational teachers and other contractual staff by relaxing norms
- Introduce new vocational and skill development courses to improve employability of students as per prevailing industry needs
Infrastructure
- Infrastructure projects in progress like bridges on Mandovi, Zuari, Talpona-Galgibag, Mala, Khandepar and Mopa airport to be completed on schedule, besides taking up construction of bridges on Chodan-Pomburpa, Camurlim-Tuem and Borim.
- Four and six laning of NH-17, NH-4A with least displacement and adequate compensation to the affected.
Transport
- Comprehensive mobility plan to include:
a) Special emphasis on intra city bus transport, parking lots at bus stands and availability of self-driven two and four-wheelers on hire
b) Inter-city mass rapid transport system with late hour transport facility
c) Waterways and rive navigation
Power
- All power loads of less than 100 KVA will be released within 100 days of completion of procedures through automatic route
- All power loads will be sanctioned to industry at the stage of approval of the project
Water Supply & Sewerage
- Localised filtration plants to ensure 24x7 water supply to all
- Sewerage network to cover urban and tourist areas
Health
- DDSSY to be extended to governments servants
- GMC to introduce additional super speciality facilities for cancer treatment
Social Welfare, Women & Child
- All schemes in social sector and women & child scuch as Laadli Laxmi, Grih Aadhar, DDSSY and Pension scheme for traditional occupations to be linked to inflation index for biennial increase in benefit
Administration
- 7th Pay Commission recommendations will be extended to all government-controlled corporation and autonomous bodies
- All employees in PWD society will be absorbed in PWD in a phased manner after granting relaxation in various conditions
