In an unending quest to persecute the Aam Aadmi Party, Modi Government’s favourite agency, the Enforcement Directorate, has dispatched a love letter to the party, AAP stated on Monday.
In a press release, AAP National Spokesperson and MLA Raghav Chadha on Monday informed that the BJP has again resorted to its cheap tactics to attack the Aam Aadmi Party. This time, the BJP has tasked the ED to throw dirt upon AAP using completely baseless and false cases.
Raghav Chadha said that BJP couldn't ‘Electorally Assassinate’ AAP, so it is trying to ‘Character Assassinate’ the party and BJP are changing CMs faster than one changes clothes. He said that the ED has become political revenge-seeking department under the BJP and should be shifted to a place near the BJP office for ease in command.
Chadha added that it is not just political rhetoric, AAP’s graph is rising tremendously across the country, which terrifies the BJP. He reiterated that there has not been a single year since AAP was formed when the Centre hasn’t sent a notice and said that the rule of law will win over vendetta politics, the release added.
Chadha said, “In an unending quest to persecute the Aam Aadmi Party, Modi Government’s favourite agency, the Enforcement Directorate, has dispatched a love letter to the AAP. We have received this in the name of AAP National Secretary Pankaj Gupta. The letter is dated September 10, 2021, and was issued under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002. ED Assistant Director Rajaram Meena has called Pankaj Gupta to the ED office on September 22 to record his statement."
"The policy of the BJP is such that when they are unable to electorally assassinate their opposition party, they character assassinate them. This policy cannot go on. The increasing growth of AAP and the growing popularity of Arvind Kejriwal has completely shaken PM Modi and the BJP so much that they have let go of the reins of their agencies and have asked them to destroy the Aam Aadmi Party."
AAP’s growth in Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa, and Gujarat has petrified the BJP and they have come down to mud-slinging to save face in the elections. This whole move has been planned to persecute AAP and National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, there’s no other logic behind it," he said.
