BICHOLIM: With the meeting of Bicholim Taluka Truck Owners Association and mining company in Panaji on Thursday failing to break the deadlock of transportation of e-auctioned ore, another meeting has been convened between the mining company and BTTOA to finalise the issue in Bicholim on Saturday.
