Dhirio lovers thronged Colva village to witness bullfights held at two venues on Sunday.
Sources said both bullfights were organised in Colva village, under the jurisdiction of the Colva police station.
Pictures from the venues showed hundreds, if not thousands, of bullfight enthusiasts gathering to watch the events organised on Sunday.
Sources said there has been no let-up in the holding of banned bullfights in areas under the jurisdiction of police stations in Salcete, despite warnings by South Goa District Collector Egna Cleetus that police would book property owners on whose premises the bullfights are held.
