PANAJI: Shiva Science Charitable Trust will organise a three-level Chakra Meditation programme from November 14 to 28 at its centre in Dhamshe-Guleli, Valpoi. The programme, organised through the trust’s wing, Shiva Science Meditations, will be conducted under the guidance of spiritual master Param Pujya Bhaiyaji, said trust spokesperson Dr Namrata Redkar. She said the programme aims to introduce participants to structured chakra meditation, energy awareness and self-healing practices. Book on traditional Dhillo folk songs launched in Canacona
CANACONA: The book ‘Dhartari’, a compilation of traditional folk songs associated with the Dhillo festival, compiled by Sharmila Velip of Bhars-Gaondongrim, was released at the Dhillya Maand in Bhars ward on Sunday.
