Carol singing contest at Betalbatim
MARGAO: The Betalbatim Cricket Club has organised the all Goa Carol singing contest on December 18, at 5.30 pm at Betalbatim.
A press release issued by the organisers informs that the competition will be held in five groups in the school category and 11 groups in the open category. Cash prizes will be awarded to winners.
Law student feted for presentation PANAJI: GR Kare College of Law, Margao, has congratulated Scarlett Dias of 4th year BA Llb for participating and presenting an original paper titled: 'Natural Law and the Emergence of Human Rights,' at the University of Lisbon School of Law international conference which was held on Novemebr 24 and 25. She was the only undergraduate student and the only participant of Asian origin to have been invited to present a paper at this conference.…
