According to Sanguem PSI Sudhin Redkar, the flying squad seized the cash from the car (GA-08-K-0180). “The four occupants of the car claimed that the cash was being taken to be deposited in an ATM machine at Sanguem. The cash was later handed over to the Income Tax department and authorities will investigate further,” informed PSI Redkar.
