"Congress has already passed a resolution on the issue of casinos and it was a part of our manifesto. Casinos are destroying Goa. It has polluted River Mandovi and the way rules have been manipulated to give permissions to casinos shows that casinos are the ATMs of BJP government for five years and Parrikar is continuing with it. BJP goes out of its way to help the casinos. Government is patronizing casinos," Chodankar stated.
