CCP withdraws trade licene of controversial stall

The Corporation of City of Panaji (CCP) has withdrawn the trade licence that was issued for the controversial Tea stall at the Kadamba Bus Terminal in Panaji.

The Commissioner of the Corporation of City of Panaji (CCP) Agnelo Fernandes in an order passed on Friday has withdrawn the trade licence that was issued on 25th May last year to one Tejas S  Kochrekar the proprietor of Harman Chahawala to run a Tea Stall erected by him at the Kadamba Bus Terminal in Panaji.

The CCP in its order today has directed Tejas Kochrekar to cease all operations immediately as the construction of the ground plus one Tea Stall was without a construction licence from the CCP and developmental permission from the Panaji Planning and Development Authority.
