The delegation impressed upon the district police chief to register offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Juvenile Justice Act, and Goa Children’s Act, besides seizure and child protection measures.

The decision to call on the SP, South after the citizens pointed out that the police has registered FIR against an unknown person when the culprit was very well known to the police, adding that even the sections applied in this matter suggest that absolutely no criminal act had taken place.

They further alleged that a forceful video was made and later circulated as a hate video on social media.
