When asked to reply to the allegations against him, Parsekar said that he had done nothing wrong, and what Khalap was doing was ‘madness.’   “There was a time he (Khalap) was a well regarded man. What he is doing is madness, today as CM I do not think I need to respond to allegations like that,” CMsaid.
“The sarees I have given were not given in the dark, or at night. I have written by name on it, the purpose is clearly mentioned as a gift on the occasion of bhau biz. My photo is there (on the packaging). What is there to probe?” CM asked.
