Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Friday said that the government will move the Supreme Court in two-three days pleading for a stay on the Khalsa-Bhandura project being implemented by Karnataka till its challenge of the Mhadei Water Dispute Tribunal award is adjudicated.
