Cheif Minister Manohar Parrikar launched the State's Online Public Grievance redressal service on Friday. A dummy trial of the service was successfully tested with 58 government departments. In the following 6 months, the government intends to connect the online portal to a call centre. CM Parrikar also stated that the government aims to digitise all government payments and services by March 2018.
Complains about government schemes, accounts or government employees can be submitted on the website www.goaonline.gov.in.
