Community mela at IMB
Panaji: Polytechnic Panaji through Polytechnic Scheme of the government, is organizing a community mela on February 20, at Menezes Braganza Hall, Panaji.
People from different villages of Tiswadi, Pernem and Bardez who have done short term courses with the Polytechnic, will put up stalls and sell items and take home the money earned. This exhibition is a platform for the trainees to sell their products.
The Government Polytechnic Panaji conducts 3 to 6 months courses in technical fields that generate employments for the community. The scheme is sponsored by Ministry of Human Resources Development and students do not pay any fee. The exhibition-cum-sale is open to the public.Timing of sale will be 11am to 6 pm.
