The Goa Pradesh Congress Committee in association with the Nuvem Block Congress Committee will celebrate the 49th Opinion Poll day on January 16 at 4 p.m. at the Nuvem panchayat hall.
GPCC president Luizinho Faleiro will be the chief guest, while leader of the opposition Pratapsing Rane will preside over the function.
In a statement, GPCC general secretary Altinho Gomes stated that Lume Pereira, Agustine Dias, Paulin Cota, J Vaz, Caetan Faria, Damodar Mauzo and Irene Barros will be honoured on the occasion.
