Course on seafood at Ela

PANAJI: The Directorate of Fisheries will be conducting a short term training course on seafood value added product preparation on September 29 and 30, at Fishermen Training Centre of the Directorate at Ela, Dhauji, Old Goa.

Candidates interested may confirm their participation to the Fisheries Department by September 26, by mail on e-mail on: [email protected]. A total of 25 candidates will be considered on first-come-first-served basis.

Aldona comsumers' meet PANAJI: The Aldona Civic and Consumer Forum will be holding its monthly meeting on September 24, at 4 pm at Francis Lobo's office, Lobo Arcade. Consumers of Aldona are requested to attend the meeting and participate in the discussions. Issues to be discussed are LPG, electricity, cable TV, gram sabha proposals, waste management, PDS commodity quantity & rates for October and other issues raised by the participants.
