PANAJI:Cyber Crime Cell of Goa Police on Tuesday booked two persons for cyberstalking and sending obscene material to female victims on Instagram.Two separate FIRs have been booked against the accused persons.Despite attempts by the accused to mask their identities, efforts of the Cyber Crime Cell led to the identification of the accused from Dona Paula and Mapusa.
