A shocking incident of desecration at St Clara's church Assnora, left the locals disturbed.
An unknown miscreant damaged the statue of St Joseph Vaz and the grotto of Mother Mary outside St Clara's church, which was discovered by the Parish Priest during the early morning hours. The priest also informed of his car and the compound lights being damaged by the accused.
The alleged accused also damaged windows of two houses in the neighbourhood of the church before being caught by the locals and then handed over to the police.
