Dowry plaint filed at Gaondongrim

A mother of a 6-year-old boy from Gaondongrim has accused her husband and mother-in-law of harassing her for dowry.

According to police sources, the victim woman told Canacona Police that her husband and mother-in-law are harassing her physically and mentally to get dowry of Rs 10 lakh.

Canacona Police registered the case under Section 498-A read with 34-IPC. PSI Damodar Shirodkar is investigating the case under the supervision of Canacona PI Philomeno Costa.
