Goa experienced bright sunshine and dry weather throughout Tuesday despite the weather department’s warning that there would be thunderstorms at isolated places in the State.
Maximum temperature, however, dropped by at least 3 degree Celsius as Panaji recorded a maximum temperature of 33.2 degree Celsius.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) in its evening bulletin informed that there was no rainfall and dry weather prevailed over the state of Goa.
However, the IMD has stuck to its prediction that Goa is very likely to receive light rain/thundershowers at isolated places for next four days.
It has also predicted thunderstorms accompanied with lightning at isolated places on March 15.
