VALPOIr rInitiating the discussion, the residents said there has been increase in number of illegal constructions in the village for last two years and claimed that panchayat was not able to stop the activity. rSome gram sabha members raised concern over supply of muddy water in the area. rThe residents had agitated two years back and the authorities had assured to look into the matter rto provide clean water, but nothing had been done so far. There was also heated discussion over irregular power supply for the last couple of years. rKeri Sarpanch Laxman Gawas assured that this being the newly elected body, they (panchayat) would definitely fight to solve the people’s grievances.
