The Colva Police have booked an outstation event company and others for endangering human life and for violation of orders issued by government authority during a wedding event.
The police have acted against the event management company after it came to light that many of the event organisers from other states contact government authorities for licenses through agents and without getting proper licenses conduct events which is in violation of norms and regulations of government authorities
On late Saturday evening, the police informed that at Fatrade Beach, the accused persons with their common intention burnt fire crackers/colour shots ignited with open electric wire, flew drones in tourist habitat beach and sea area endangering human life, also violated order of Government authorities.
The Colva police has registered an offense under section 336, 188 read with section 34 of the IPC.
