MAPUSA: Goa Forward Party on Saturday said that Urban Development Minister Francis D'Souza's outburst was BJP's internal matter, but at the same time pointed out that the leader's outpouring was an attempt to cover up his failure to develop Mapusa. "He has proved to be the most ineffective MLA for the last 25 years. Mapusa is the most disgraceful city. He has failed to develop the city and to cover his follies, he is trying to say
that he's being sidetracked," said Goa Forward spokesman Trajan D'Mello.
