The 27th edition of Girijataai Kelekar Sangeet Mahotsav will be held at Shree Ganpati temple premises in Farmagudi on December 5 and 6.
The two-day event is organised by Ponda Patrakar Sangh in association with Directorate of Art and Culture.
Addressing a news conference on Sunday to provide details about the programme, Organising Committee President Narayan Navati said noted musicians will perform at the two-day event.
Minister for Art and Culture Dayananand Mandrekar will inaugurate the programme, while PWD Minister Sudin Dhavalikar, MLA Vishnu Wagh and Bandora Sarpanch Nayan Naik will be present on the occasion.
Sudhirkumar Surlakar (Harmonium), Sudhan Phadate (Tabla), Apruva Gokhale (Classical singing) will perform on the first day.
During the morning session on the second day, Amber Miringker will perform classical singing, while Pt Mukundraj Dev will perform solo tabla in the second session. In the third session interaction, noted harmonium player Pt Tulshidas Borkar will perform, while in the fourth session, a 'Natyasangeet Rajani' programme will be held consisting of Hrishikesh Badave, Nilakshi Pendharkar, Raghunath Phadake and Prachi Jathar.
Other members of the committee, including Jayant Miringakar and Sanjay Ghate, President of Ponda Patrakar Sangh Gokuldas Mulvi, Secretary Anilkumar Naik and others were present on the occasion.
