PANAJI
Data released by the finance ministry has revealed robust Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue collection in Goa for the month of February at Rs 493 crore, recording a nearly three times higher year-on-year growth rate than the national average.

The gross GST revenue collected across the country in February is Rs 1,49,577 crore --CGST (Rs 27,662 crore), SGST (Rs 34,915 crore), IGST (Rs 75,069 crore including Rs 35,689 crore on import of goods) and Cess (Rs 11,931 crore including Rs 792 crore on import of goods).
