The State government on Friday shuffled its bureaucrats giving additional departments to two of its Secretaries -- Menino D’Souza and Swetika Sachan -- and appointing 2008 batch IAS officer Sanjeev Ajuha as Secretary for Tourism, Information Technology and also as CEO of Goa CSR Authority.
Additionally, the government also transferred 13 Grade-I officers of the Goa civil service cadre with immediate effect.
The officers transferred are Deepesh N. Priolkar (Director-Admin at SAG and Member Secretary GFDC), Manuel P. Barreto (CO, Margao Municipal Council), Meghanath Porob (Secretary, Goa Konkani Academy), Upasana Mazgaonkar (Director of Museum), Shankar Gaonkar (Director-Admin of WRD), Biju Naik (Secretary, GHRC), Sangeeta Naik (Addl Director, Panchayat-II, South), Pravin Barad (Project Director, DRDA, South), Rohit Kadam (CEO, South Goa ZP), Florina Colaco (CEO, North Goa ZP), Pundalik Khorjuenkar (Addl Collector-III, North Goa) and Vinayak Volvoikar (Director, Provedoria).
Gaurish Shankhwalkar who held additional charge as CEO, North Goa ZP, has been relieved of it and he will now exclusively function as Joint Secretary to the Governor.
