The private directors include Marina Moraes, Hemant Mandlik, Sarvanand Bhagat and Premanand Mahambre as Directors will official directors will include the Secretary (Finance), the Secretary (IT), the Director of Information and Technology and the Managing Director of the Goa Information Technology Development Corporation.
Similarly, the government has through a notification also reconstituted the Board of Directors for Goa Info Tech Corporation of Goa Limited with Rohan Khaunte as Chairman and four private directors including Rupesh Naik, Ryan Carvalho, Savio Noronha, Samir Gaude and one Samit Naik Dalal.
Official directors on the board include the Secretary (IT), the Managing Director of Goa Industrial Development Corporation and the Managing Director of the Info Tech Corporation of Goa Ltd.
