GSIDC fast-tracks projects, five set for launch by September

Chairman, Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) Michael Lobo on Sunday that a number of projects executed by the Corporation will be inaugurated in the coming months, including the Freedom Fighters memorial at Patradevi.

He said a GSIDC team will shortly inspect the progress of work at the Ayush hospital, Margao before handing over the project to the department.

Saying that around 20 projects have been inaugurated after taking over the reins of office, Lobo said he got the Corporation to expedite the work of the projects pending for some time. 

“I called a meeting of my officials and the contractors and got the work expedited. We have inaugurated around 20 projects and around five projects will be inaugurated by September, including some projects in Vasco,” he added.
