The Central and State governments have initiated “Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign” under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, as was done last year.
As part of the initiative the public are encouraged to hoist the National flag in their homes from August 13 to 15. The idea has been conceived to invoke the feeling of patriotism amongst the general public and also to involve them in Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration.
The public are encouraged to put selfie with Tiranga on the website www.harghartiranga.com. The motto of this campaign is to reach every village and every household of the state.
