The Directorate of Health Services, on Monday, began Covid vaccination of frontline workers. A total of 95 frontline workers were vaccinated in the state, 35 in South Goa and 60 in North Goa, on the first day of the second phase of Covid vaccination.
Additional Collector Prasanna Acharya, SDM Salcete Jyoti Kumari, CISF commandant Pratap Punde, SDM Dharbandora Kedar Naik, DySP Dharmesh Angle and Joint Mamlatdar Deona Perera were among those who were administered the vaccine.
Additionally, 246 Health Care Workers were vaccinated on Monday as a part of Phase I which will conclude on February 12.
