CEO Kunal on Tuesday acknowledged the receipt of Sardesai’s resignation and said it was under examination, refusing to say whether or not she was removed from her post.
Sardesai along with five other personalities had received approval as state icons from the ECI, the basis for which was their non-allegiance to any political party.
Adv Aires Rodrigues had in his complaint, however, said Sardesai had openly supported Parrikar on social media.
