Honda youth dies in accident

VALPOI: A 25-year-old youth from Honda died in a road accident involving a motorcycle and a truck at Chorla Ghat on Monday.

According to Valpoi PI Deepak Pednekar, Amol Patil of Narayan Nagar, Honda, was proceeding on motorcycle (GA-04-D-3224), when it collided with an oncoming truck (GA-04-T-3583) near Zambilikade at Chorla Ghat at about 11.25 am. The youth died instantaneously.

After conducting the panchanama, the body was referred for autopsy at GMC Hospital in Bambolim. Police is investigating the case.
