Burglars broke into a house and stole items worth Rs 50,000 in Canacona sometime in the fourth week of March.
According to Canacona police, the burglars entered the house of Menino Fernandes by breaking open the lock of back door sometime between 10 am on March 22 and 11.30 am on March 25 and stole a watch and a pair of gold earrings from the cupboard. Canacona PSI Ramdas Doifode is investigating the case.
