Small details on how to change bulbs or insert a socket if a pipeline breaks would be explained to the people so that they don't have to depend on electricians or plumbers for minor works. While a bulb would cost Rs 50, sometimes an electrician would charge Rs 300 just for attending to the works and same is the case with plumbers.
