Maha students on school tour

A Goa goodwill-tour of Maharashtra’s tribal students will be organised by 'Anam Prem' from April 29 to May 2.
Nearly 100 school children from Saraswati Kanya Vidayala and from Vinoba Bhave Vidyalaya along with their teachers will visit from Tumsur-Bhandara district of Maharashtra.
The reception function will be held at Youth Hostel, Miramar on April 29, at 11.30 am. The students will visit Science Centre at Miramar and attend a talk. A special flute programme will be held at Youth Hostel at 9 pm.
On April 30, the children will visit INS Hansa at Vasco at 9 am and at 6.30 pm an ayurveda practitioner will interact with girl students at Youth Hostel, Miramar. At 9.30 pm they will attend a talk on the expedition of Mahadayi vessel.
The children will be taken on a river cruise on Santa Monica from 9 to 10 am on May 1, which will be followed by a magic show at 11 am at the multipurpose hall of Sanskriti Bhavan. At 9 pm at Youth Hostel, a programme on diverse species of snakes will be held and on May 2, the children will leave from Karmali railway station at 9 am.
