The Maina-Curtorim police have registered a case of attempt to murder against three persons after one Baban Kavlekar complained that he sustained injures after being hit by a pellet from an air gun at Sonarwado-Santimol Raia last night.
Maina-Curtorim PI Pravinkumar Vast told the media that the police have registered a case of attempt to murder against Mario Cota, Avita Cota and Rajesh Marathe (driver) after Baban complained that he was fired upon allegedly by Mario with an air gun in his house last night.
The complainant has sustained injuries just below his left chest. Police attributed the incident to enmity between the two parties.
Meanwhile, the police said that Rajesh Marathe has moved for anticipatory bail.
