VASCO:
A man in his late thirties was found dead at Platform No. II in the Kulem Railway Station on Friday.
On receiving information from PSI Sadanand Dessai of Collem Police Station, a Railway Police team visited the scene. The deceased, whose residential details remain unknown, is suspected to be a beggar or ragpicker and no foul play has been detected.
The body has been preserved at the South Goa District Hospital in Margao, for identification. Vasco Railway Police Station has registered a case of unnatural death under Section 194 of BNS and investigation is being carried out by PI Amarnath Passi of Vasco Railway PS.
