A man was reported to have jumped into the Zuari River from Sanvordem Bridge on Friday evening. According to locals, a person was seen jumping off the bridge, and the Fire and Emergency Services were alerted.
A team rushed to the spot with rescue equipment. A search operation was launched immediately and continued late into the evening. However, no trace of the individual had been found till the time of filing this report. Notably, this is the third such incident reported from Sanvordem Bridge in the past four months, raising concern among local residents and authorities.
