Mayor to unveil CCP bldg plans before Parrikar

Panaji r rChief Minister Manohar Parrikar, TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai, Urban Development Minister Francis D’Souza, North Goa PDA Chairman Michael Lobo, EDC Chairman Sidharth Kuncalienker and government officials have been invited to witness the presentation to be made by the Indian Institute of Architects, Goa Chapter. rFurtado said, “Parrikar is the Chief Minister and has represented Panaji for past 25 years. And as the government is sanctioning the funds, the CM should know what is happening and what we are planning.” rTo make the new project self-sustainable, he said, “We have decided to rent out the premises to government offices operating in Panaji. Even the various banks which have branches in the city can opt for shifting their operations at the new CCP building. This is the revenue generation model we are looking at for the Corporation.”
