MLA distributes oxymeters, immunity booster powders

Vasco BJP MLA Carlos Almeida on the occasion of Goa Statehood Day distributed oxymeters and immunity booster powders in all wards of Vasco constituency. 

The oxymeters and immunity booster powder packets were distributed as part of the Seva Hi Sanghathan Campaign. Almeida distributed oxymeters to all the 12 wards of Vasco Constituency to be used by families affected by Covid 19. 

Deepak Naik, president BJP Vasco  Mandal and Councillor ward 12, Yatin Kamurlekar, Gen sec BJP Vasco Mandal & Councillor ward 20, Shraddha Mahale, Councillor and VCP MMC, Narayan Borkar, Councillor ward 11, Matias Monteiro, Councillor ward 14, Amey Chopdekar, Councillor ward 18, Devita Arolkar, Councillor Ward 19 and others were present on the occasion .

When contacted Councillor Ameya Chopdekar said that since the battle of covid-19 is not over yet, it had become very necessary to take proper precautions as the 3rd wave is approaching soon.

"We have to prepare ourselves by getting our immune system strong enough to fight this virus. So as the part of Seva Hi Sanghatan campaign as well as completion of 7 years of Modi government, we distributed immunity booster powder (Giloy) to every house of ward-18 ( part-29-30). The campaign was headed by Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida," said Chopdekar.
