Speaking to The Goan Everyday, Market Committee Chairman Uday Madkaikar informed, "CCP has already decided to put a cap on moveable handcarts in the city at 92. Of the 92, 68 have already paid licence fees upto March 2018. Nearly Rs 25 lakh have come into the CCP treasury."
He also informed that the Vending Committee, which has been constituted as per SC guidelines, is expected to meet on October 25.
