Mormugao MLA and Urban Development Minister Milind Naik while addressing a large number of participants of the candlelit procession said it was only because of the leadership of late Parrikar that Goa, especially Mormugao constituency, had seen a lot of development projects.
“I have been fortunate to have worked under Parrikar and during his tenure, he always approved all the development works that I suggested or recommended and he never ever said no to any development works.”
“It was because if him that I won three consecutive terms and became a minister twice,” said Naik.
