The Fatorda police have arrested one Rajesh Helma in connection with the Mungul gang war case, taking the total number of persons arrested in the case to 25 so far. In another development, the South Goa Sessions Court has rejected the anticipatory bail application field by one Amogh Naik. Fearing arrest by the Fatorda police, Amogh had filed the anticipatory bail plea before the Sessions Court.
Confirming the development, PI Suraj Samat, who is holding additional charge of Fatorda police station, said the Sessions Court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Amogh Naik.
