A Nashik man was found dead in his rented room at Siolim on Wednesday. Anjuna Police identified him as Vincent Samuele Simon, son of Samuele Simon, of Nirmal Residency, Nashik, Maharashtra. Police said they received information about his death and, after inquiring with the landlord, found no suspected foul play. Simon was reportedly suffering from health-related issues. An inquest and scene-of-offence panchnamas were conducted. The body was preserved at Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, for post-mortem. Anjuna Police registered an unnatural death case.
